Please support our work and be as generous as you can. No donation is too small (nor too large). All contributions are tax deductible. You can use the button below to pay through Paypal or by credit card.

Become a Member

Another way to support our work is to become a member. Individuals and organizations that support and want to participate in Wellspring’s work are invited to fill out a membership form. Those located in Western Massachusetts join as voting members, while members from outside the region are welcome to participate but cannot vote. This ensures that control over Wellspring remains local.

Member rights and responsibilities:

  • Members can participate in committees and other Wellspring initiatives, and have a voice on the direction of Wellspring’s work. Members can bring proposals for consideration at the General Assembly.
  • Local members can vote for and run for the Board
  • Sign a membership agreement that indicates support of Wellspring’s vision and goals;
  • Designate in writing a representative and an alternative representative (for organizations only);
  • Attend the annual membership meeting and other membership meetings as appropriate;
  • Read and respond to correspondence as appropriate;
  • Pay membership dues set on a sliding scale. Dues support the work of the organization, and members are asked to contribute as they are able.

Membership Process

To become a member, organizations and individuals submit an membership form along with an annual membership dues. Membership dues are along a sliding scale so as not to exclude anyone, but your dues go to making Wellspring’s work possible, so please be as generous as you are able. You can download the PDF form below and send it along with a check payable to Wellspring Cooperative Corporation to: Wellspring Cooperative, 143 Main St. Springfield, MA 01105. You could also send the form in by email to: wellspringcoops@gmail.com.
